Placing an Order

To place an order, please contact us, by email or phone, to either set up a consultation or provide your desired specifications if you know them. We will provide a quote in under five (5) business days. To secure your order, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% will be charged to your payment method when your order ships. Cancelations or adjustments may be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please assess proper dimensions of spaces, doorways, hallways etc. prior to placing your order. 

Lead Time

Lead time varies depending on the item but is typically 4-6 weeks. Expedited lead times are available with a 20% surcharge added to the order. Quoted lead times are unlikely, but subject to change due to unforeseen events.

Shipping & Delivery

All items must be paid in full at the time of shipping. Items are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days after the shipment date. We ship anywhere within the United States through a preferred white glove delivery service that carefully unpacks, inspects and sets the item as you direct. As an additional convenience, all packing materials will be removed. Our delivery professionals are not permitted to go up or down more than two flights of stairs, and cannot move existing furniture in your home. 

If you wish to use a delivery service outside of our preferred professionals, we can arrange this at your request. 

It is your responsibility to inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery, and document any complaints upon signature of receipt. We are not responsible for the damage or loss of goods in transit and claims must be filed through the delivery service. However, we are happy to assist in any way we can. Please contact us as soon as possible with a description and photo(s) of any damage. 

Return Policy

All items are made-to-order, so we regret that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to changes in our customers’ preference. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assess your concerns and help you find a solution.

We are the sole owners of any personal information collected on our site, over email and/or over the phone. We will not sell or rent this information to any other parties. 

The information you provide is used only to fulfill your order, and is carefully and confidentially stored. We use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect personal information under our control.

The personal information we collect may include your name, postal address, telephone number, email address and credit/debit card number. By providing information to us, you acknowledge and consent that we may use this information to fulfill your order.   

At any point, you have the right to contact us and find out any information we have about you, change any information about you, as well as delete any information we have about you from our records.
